After completing your questionnaire, you’ll receive an email link to finalize your appointment. Easy peasy!
3. Book Your Appointment
If you’re joining the Posh family for the first time, we’d love to chat! A hair consultation is required before booking your service.
4. New Clients
To secure your appointment, a deposit is required for all services.
5. Pay Your Deposit
On the day of your appointment, just show up as you are—no need to worry about detangling or washing your hair. We’ve got you covered!
6. Arrive Ready to Shine

1. Come as You Are
No hair-prep needed! Just bring your beautiful self and let us take care of the rest.
2. Running Late?
If you’re more than 20 minutes late, a $25 late fee may apply, and we may need to reschedule your appointment based on availability.
3. Cancellation Policy
If you no-show or cancel within 24 hours, the deposit is nonrefundable and non-transferable. For your next booking, 100% payment will be required upfront to secure your appointment.
