WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 



POLICY & RETURNS 

  • No returns or exchanges for final sale items

  • Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.

  • All shipping and processing costs are non-refundable

  • We can only offer exchanges for PayPal Orders for returns to our Retail Stores.

  • Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the package.

  • Items listed as FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE or PROMOTIONAL cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES: 

  • You may visit any Windsor retail store to exchange your merchandise. The online store does NOT process exchanges.

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY :

Currently, shipping is only available in the US. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has been picked up by USPS/UPS, please allow 5-7 business days for the shipping carrier to deliver your order. Due to COVID-19, there may delays beyond our control so we cannot be responsible for delays that may occur within the shipping carriers network.

privacy & safety

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

DISCLOSURE 

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

 

TERMS OF SERVICE 

CONSENT/WAIVER: By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to adhere to the above terms and safety protocols and agree to the following:

  • You will adhere to the safety protocols set forth by the salon

  • You understand service can, and will, be refused if you show any symptoms of illness AND your deposit will be forfeited

  • You understand that, by being in the salon, your risk of exposure is increased due to frequency of visits by other clients

  • By paying your deposit and appointment confirmation, you have thoroughly read these terms and acknowledge receipt. You knowingly and willingly consent to receive service at Posh Beauty Company & Studio Salon during the COVID-19 pandemic.
